A delegation of Iraqi auditor's team is due to start evaluating the payroll of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. On Thursday, February 2, 2018, members from Baghdad committee for auditing the payroll of the Kurdistan Region employees visited the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and were welcomed by the Minister of Higher Education Dr. Yousef Goran.
